    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. If using pizza stone, let stone heat up with oven.

    Using your favorite pizza dough recipe, flatten dough to about 12 inches by 6 inches on surface covered in cornmeal

    Cover half of dough with pizza sauce, leave about a half inch edge

  4. 4

    Add cheese, pepperoni, pineapple and olives.

    Fold unsauced half over the toppings and fold the half inch edge over the top of the folded top edge and pinch together.

    Cut slits on the top to allow air to escape while cooking and cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Allow 10 minutes to cool.
